I’m not in Lyons NY regularly these days. In fact, sometimes I’m there less than a day per year. For starters, then, I’m not sure where this bridge is or was located.
As a result, not only does the location or survival of the bridge intrigue me, but also the reference to “it” leaves me just dangling. “I’m going to put it off until May 30″ . . . that just drives me crazy. And what’s the relationship between sender and addressee?

A lost world indeed. I wonder if that guy on top of the bridge is getting ready to jump onto the car for a bit of trolley surfing.
